Rainbow Rice Krispie Treats

The world seems to be in a strange place so I think we all could use some bright, tasty rice krispie treats!  These are not only easy and delicious, but you can STILL most likely find all the ingredients in stores or online.  Even with all the stock ups people are doing and shelves being empty you probably will still be able to find marshmallows and rice krispies, or you might have them already in your pantry!

These treats are the perfect mix of marshmallow krispie goodness and the perfect slight amount of fruity-ness!

The mix of mini marshmallows and Fruity Pebbles are the perfect additions to traditional regular rice krispie treats.

Also makes for a perfect St. Patrick's Day treat!

I got the recipe from Anna Macfarlane on Instagram.  So be sure to show her some love!

Rainbow Rice Krispie Treats
4 T. butter, melted.  Stir in
10 oz. bag mini marshmallows.  Melt.
Then add in, while warm:
1 C. Fruity Pebbles cereal and
1/2 of 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows.
Still until incorporated.
Put in greased 9X13 pan.

March Love Notes Color

Another thing I think of when I think of March is COLOR!
Rainbows, loads of bright-wonderful colors-I love it!

The thing I love about these tag is that these probably out of any tags I've made are so interchangeable and can be paired with SO many different items.

For this option I used Rainbow Twizzlers and chocolate coins in a clear cellophane bag.  Have you tried those Rainbow Twizzlers?  I actually love them way more than regular Twizzlers.

Or even with a little box or bag of Skittles!

Paints, crayons (Livy NEEDS these!), markers (and I need these! haha), or any art supplies would be so fun and useful too!

These Airhead Xtremes are really taste great and look just like a rainbow!

You could even give this to a family and give them a box of fun, colored cereal

Or you could make a batch of a fun colorful treat like these Rainbow/Fruity Rice Krispie Treats or these Mint Chocolate Cookie Cupcakes complete with a pot of gold and rainbow!

I'm not giving the recipe for the Mint Chocolate Cupcakes just yet because I am doing a presale right now for them just for St. Patrick's Day!  If you'd like more info on my little baking business head to @ruthannebakes on Instagram!

Later this week I'll share the most amazing recipe for Fruity Rice Krispie Treats.

They are seriously delicious and the perfect amount of fruity-ness!

Let's Face It Tag

A super short post today but had to share these adorable little face mask gifts I gave to the cute ladies in my cooking club!  More on cooking club so, so soon but this was the little Valentine I gave them last month.  A little sample of my favorite LUSH face mask.  I chose to print the tags on sticker paper and use small plastic cups for the mask, so everyone could have the exact portion.  It would be so cute on individual sheet masks (I always get a set and break them up for individual gifts.) or hole punched with some cute ribbon and other masks that are potted (I've heard SO many good things about the one I linked).

This would also make for a great birthday gift, ministering gift, or thinking of you gift!

March Love Notes Gold

Not sure about you but whenever I think about March and St. Patrick's day I always think about GOLD! Call me crazy, but there is something so fancy and fun with gold things.

These two tags can be paired with all the gold candy!  Think chocolate gold coins, Dove Caramels, Lindor white truffles, Twix, Ferrero Roche and more!  Later I thought about Ghirardelli squares or even some gold jewelry (here are some on my wish list!-This layered one, this dainty half moon necklace, or these beautiful earrings I could see myself wearing every day)!

Who doesn't love a little grab bag of chocolates?!  This is great to customize and do for a few people!  I hope you're thinking of your ministering sisters or someone you've had on your mind!

If you want to go on more of the route of classic St. Patrick's Day I also created these adorable little pots of gold!  They would be adorable with little pots of gold full of chocolate coins and gold filler.

These mini Ferrero Rocher were at the checkout stand while we were grocery shopping for only $1, how easy is that!?

I hope you love one or both of these tags and you use them!! I'd love to hear if you have used any of my Love Notes or printables.
