These brownies are what dreams are made of. And bigger pants because boy I can eat almost a pan of these. My Mom is the master at these delicious brownies and when she makes them the whole family digs in quick!
The marshmallow center is the perfect addition to the chocolate brownie and frosting.
Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies
Brownies:
1 C. butter
1/2 C. cocoa
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. nuts (optional)
miniature marshmallows
Frosting:
1/2 C. butter
1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1/3 C. cocoa
1/3 C. sweetened condensed milk
Cream together butter, cocoa, sugar. Add eggs, flour vanilla. Mix. Add nuts. Pour into 10x15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cover top of brownies with small marshmallows. Bake one minute more. Cool one hour. Beat all of frosting ingredients together and spread on cooled brownies.
