Just POPPING by to wish you a Merry Christmas!

Just POPPING by to wish you a Merry Christmas!

I love Christmas and Christmas gifts are no exception. This year we added a couple more names to our Christmas gift list.  With tutoring kids, new neighbors (first time home buyers whoot!), friends, and family; I wanted something that was easy, delicious and could be made in bulk!

I decided on something my mom has given for gifts in the past-white chocolate popcorn!  It was in my last Christmas gift idea post as well, but I'll share the recipe here too since it's just so darn easy-and delicious.

You can make it two different ways-both super simple one just has a little bit more chocolate.

1. Plain white chocolate popcorn with M&M's.

2.  White chocolate popcorn with a milk chocolate drizzle and M&M's.

I opted for #2 this year and I loved it!

We've used a couple different chocolates in the past.  Ghirardelli white melting wafers are delicious, but the price can add up quickly.

We bought these large bags at Orson Gygi to get more bang for our buck and they worked so well!  We even have some leftover!

After you've got all of the ingredients, find some cute containers (I found mine at Dollar Tree) or bags.

Make this simple popcorn recipe, let set.

Package and add a cute tag and you're done with Christmas gifts in a flash!

Here's the finished product!  I love how they turned out!

The recipe for the White Chocolate Popcorn is listed below and you can print the adorable "Just POPPING by to wish you a Merry Christmas!" tag HERE!

White Chocolate Popcorn

-2 bags popped popcorn
-10-12 oz. white melting chocolate/wafers
-milk chocolate (optional)
-red and green colored M&M's

Instructions

1. Pop both bags of popcorn.  Place in a bowl.  Sift out kernels and place remaining popcorn in another bowl.

2.  Melt chocolate.  Mix white chocolate with popcorn.  Place evenly on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle milk chocolate if using and add M&M's.

3.  Allow to set completely before packaging.
